For the shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp cleaned, deveined, shells off
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Thai hot pepper sauce
- 3 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
Make the sauce:
In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Thai hot pepper sauce, and sweet chili sauce until smooth.
