Equipment

  • 1 glass or mason jar
  • 1 Spoon (for mixing)
  • Measuring Spoons
  • 1 small bowl (for soakinh chia seed)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions
 

Step 1: Soak the Chia Seeds

  • Add chia seeds to a small bowl with a few spoons of warm water. Let them soak for 10–15 minutes until they form a gel.

Step 2: Mix the Drink

  • In a glass, add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and remaining warm water. Stir well.

Step 3: Add Chia Gel

  • Once the chia is ready, stir it into the glass. Mix again so it spreads evenly.

Step 4: Drink Fresh

  • Drink slowly, ideally in the morning or 30 minutes before a meal

Notes

  • Always shake or stir before drinking, as chia may settle.
  • Use a straw to protect your teeth from vinegar.
